The RUBI Tile Regulator (60926) is a specialized tool designed to help professional ceramic tile installers quickly and accurately adjust the placement joint of tiles during installation. It is specifically engineered for working with porcelain sheets and large format tiles, which are often difficult to adjust once placed due to the high resistance generated by double gluing adhesion.
Equipped with two powerful 150 mm diameter vacuum suction cups, this tool attaches to the newly installed piece and a previously installed one, allowing the user to mechanically adjust the placement joint gap from 0 to 40 mm. Additionally, it facilitates the adjustment of the horizontal level between pieces within a range of 0 to 20 mm. capable of handling pieces weighing up to 100 kg.
While it does not replace crossheads or leveling systems, it provides the necessary force to make small, precise adjustments that would otherwise require significant physical effort and risk damaging the material. For very large formats, using two Tile Regulators simultaneously is recommended for faster and more precise results.
